Planning, coordination, organization and implementation of events
Organization and coordination of digital and hybrid events as well as the creation of the associated presentations and installation (technology)
Budgeting, controlling, participant management and other administrative activities
Close collaboration with the marketing team

Completed training in event management and/or several years of professional experience with digital, hybrid and live event formats
Structured organizational talent with a technical interest in the event sector
Communicative, do-it-yourself personality with a proactive and independent way of working
Flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
Very good knowledge of German, French/English is a plus
Drivers licence class B
Willingness to travel within Europe
