Return policy / Déesse satisfaction guarantee
We have adapted the product replacement form with the new conditions of the return policy. You can find the new documents in the download area.
Reasons for a return are as follows:
- skin intolerance on the part of the end customer
- defects of the product packaging or the product itself
- faulty delivery
- the right of return is valid within 8 weeks of purchase, provided that the product still contains at least 2/3 of its initial content.
In this context, we would like to point out that we always guarantee a minimum best-before date of at least 6 months for dietary supplements.
